after assessing the challenges faced by Rescom Solar Pvt. Ltd, we offer to implement Zoho One as a solution. Zoho One suite of applications offers a comprehensive solution to manage Rescom Solar’s business operations effectively. Zoho One has 40+ Zoho app licenses but in this project, we implement Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Social that meet the client’s all requirements
# Implementation Process:
To start with, our team worked closely with Rescom Solar Pvt. Ltd. and our implementation process involved following steps
Configuration of Zoho One: This involved setting up Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Social, and integrating them together
Implementation of Zoho Books: Zoho Books to streamline accounting processes, including sales order and invoice management, expense tracking, and generating profit and loss reports. Zoho Books will provide real-time insights into the financial health of the business and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- In the first step, We customize sales orders, invoices, bills, and email templates in Zoho Books to align with Rescom Solar Pvt. Ltd’s branding and business requirements
- The next step, We create different income and expense accounts in Zoho Books to track and categorize revenue and expenses accurately.
- In the third step, We set up email automation for notification and follow-up emails to customers. The system also sent follow-up emails to customers to remind them of their upcoming payments and to confirm receipt of payment.
- And the final step, We integrate Solar Choice API with Zoho Books to streamline the process of adding new customers and orders to the system.
Implementation of Zoho Inventory: Zoho Inventory streamlines the inventory management process including tracking of product stock, warehouse management, etc
- Zoho Inventory setup: This involved creating an account with Zoho and configuring the settings according to the needs of Rescom Solar Pvt. Ltd.
- Product creation: This involves entering product details such as name, description, SKU, price, and quantity.
- Tracking of product stock: Zoho Inventory is configured to track product stock levels in real time. This allowed Rescom Solar Pvt. Ltd to monitor their inventory levels and receive alerts when stock levels fell below a certain threshold.
- Warehouse management: This allowed them to track inventory levels across different locations, transfer inventory between warehouses, and manage inventory across different sales channels.
Implementation of Zoho CRM: Zoho CRM streamlines the contract management process including lead management, deal management, and Marketing Management.
- Customization of Lead and Contact Module: The first step in implementing Zoho CRM for Rescom Solar Pvt. Ltd was to customize the Lead and Contact module according to their business needs.
- Email Automation Setup for Lead and Old Customers: This involved creating email templates for various stages of the sales funnel such as “New Lead,” “Proposal Sent,” and “Payment Reminder,” and then setting up automated email campaigns to be triggered based on lead and customer behavior.
- Design Deal Stage: This involved creating a pipeline that reflected the various stages of the sales process, such as “Initial Contact,” “Proposal Sent,” “Negotiation,” and “Closed Won.
- Create Workflow Rule: This involved creating workflow rules to automate the operation task like converting leads to contact, New deal creation, and Automatic updation of the lead stage and deal stage.
- Zoho Social Implementation: This involved integration of popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
